This writ petition has been filed, interalia, for the following relief:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 and 3 to conduct the fair, fast and proper investigation in pursuance of the F.I.R. dated 22.11.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 254 of 2019 under Section 147, 302 IPC, Police Station Binwar, District Hamirpur and further be pleased to direct the respondent no. 2 and 3 to make the arrest to the respondent no. 4 to 8 in pursuance of the F.I.R. dated 22.11.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 0254 of 2019, under Section 147, 302 IPC, Police Station Binwar, District Hamirpur."
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA appearing on behalf of the State and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court for redressal of his grievance.
In case, the petitioner approaches the concerned Court for redressal of his grievance, the concerned Court shall look into the matter and do the needful in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
