Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the affidavit/progress report of the SubInspector, P.S. Holagarh, District - Prayagraj.
From a perusal of the affidavit/progress report, we find that one of the accused has been arrested whereas non-bailable warrants have been issued by the court concerned against the remaining two accused. The investigating officer is making effort to apprehend them. We are, therefore, satisfied with the progress made in the investigation of case crime no. 0175 of 2019 till this stage. No further directions are required. It is expected of the investigating officer that he will do the needful to bring the investigation to its logical end at the earliest.
The writ petition is disposed of.
