This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction from this Court that police be directed not to harass him. Grievance of the petitioner is that though she has not been made accused in the Crime No. 535 of 2019, under Sections 395, 412 of I.P.C., P.S. Masoori, District Ghaziabad but yet the police is harassing the petitioner.
On instructions, State counsel submits that the petitioner has not been made accused as on date nor the police is harassing her. He submits that brother-in-law (dewar) of the petitioner namely Afsaroon has been made as an accused and on few occasions, police had gone to the house of the petitioner to search him. He further submits that police had never harassed the petitioner nor would do the same in future.
In view of above, nothing survives in this petition to be adjudicated.
The writ petition is disposed of.
