This petition has been filed seeking direction for speedy investigation in Case Crime No. 113 of 2019, under Sections 147, 149, 392, 379, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Suriyanva, District Bhadohi.
Learned A.G.A. was given time on the last occasion to inform about the status of investigation and according to his instruction, investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been submitted on 05.06.2019.
At this state,learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
