Shri Shishir Tandon, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that to the best of his knowledge, after investigation, a final report has already been submitted and, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition, at this stage, with liberty to file a fresh petition if the final report has yet not been submitted.
In view of above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
