Sri Dilip Kumar Kesarwani, learned counsel for the private respondents has shown to us the counter affidavit and in particular, Annexure-2, which is an order dated 27.8.2020 dismissing the mutation filed by the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute that till date, order dated 27.8.2020 passed by Nayab Tahsildar Sadar Prayagraj, has not been challenged even though it dismissed their mutation application.

Prima facie, on the allegations made in the F.I.R., cognizable offences are made out.

We do not find any good ground to entertain this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The writ petition is dismissed.

Sri Dilip Kumar Kesarwani, learned counsel for the private respondents is directed to file counter affidavit in the Registry and thereafter, office shall place the same on record.
