Sri Gambhir Singh, learned AGA submits that investigation is underway and as per instructions and averments made in paragraph 5 of the counter affidavit till now no clue has been received against the named accused persons. He prays for further time to complete the investigation.
No ground for quashing of the FIR is made out.
We hope and trust that the investigation shall be completed to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible.
The writ petition is dismissed.
