Vide order dated 23.1.2020 survival report of appellant was called for from the C.J.M. concerned. In compliance the C.J.M. Bijnor has sent his report dated 12.2.2020 mentioning therein that appellant Suresh has died on 15.5.2008.
Since the sole appellant Suresh died, therefore, this appeal is dismissed as abated.
