According to the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri dated 12.12.2020, appellant no.1 Lallu (Singh) had died about one year back, appellant no.2 Lal Singh about 10 years back, appellant no.3 Jog Ram about 13 years back and appellant no.4 Ram Chandra about 32 years back. His report is supported by the certificate of the Village Pradhan, statement of Sub Inspector as well as the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased appellants.
Since all the appellants are dead, therefore, the appeal abates as a whole and is dismissed accordingly.
