Vide order dated 6.8.2019 the notice was issued to the appellant. In compliance thereof the Chief Judicial Magistrate. Rampur has sent his report dated 30.11.2019 mentioning therein that the appellant Lal Singh has died on 5.7.2017.
Since the sole appellant Lal Singh has died, therefore, this appeal is dismissed as abated.
