This instant appeal was dismissed as abated as against appellant nos. 2 and 3 vide order dated 20.01.2012.
As per office report dated 27.11.2020, C.J.M. Badaun has submitted a report dated 30.07.2020 along with report of Pradhan of Village Burra Faridpur, Police Station-Ujhani, District-Badaun stating that appellant no. 1 also died 8 years ago.
Consequently, this appeal stands abated and is accordingly dismissed.
