As per report of C.M.M., Kanpur Nagar dated 4.7.2019, the appellant No. 1 Shankar died on 6.10.2015 and appellant No. 2 Ram Kishan died on 19.6.2009.
Since, both the appellants are reported to be no more, so appeal is abated qua appellant Nos. 1 and 2 .
