We have seen the office reportndated 25.1.2020 and 29.1.2020 as well as perused the report of the C.J.M. Meerut alongwith the documents annexed therewith wherein it has been mentioned that the appellant Miraj son of Sri Baboo has died on 22.4.2014 of heart attack in Delhi.
In this view of the matter, the appeal stands dismissed as abated.
