Heard learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. In compliance of the order of this Court, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hamirpur has sent a report dated 23.12.2019 regarding the death of the sole appellant.
In this regard the Chief Judicial Magistrate has recorded the evidence of the concerned persons including the police officer of the concerned police station, who confirmed the death of the appellant, which is on record.
Further perused the death certificate of the sole appellant issued by concerned authority sent along with the report of C.J.M.
In view of the report sent by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hamirpur dated 23.12.2019, the appeal with regard to the sole appellant Jai Karan stands abated.
Accordingly, the above criminal appeal stands abated and the case is consigned to record.
