Hon'ble Anjani Kumar Mishra,J.
Heard learned counsel for the revisionist.
This revision is directed against an order passed by the Family Court.
In my considered opinion, the revision is not maintainable because every order passed by the Family Court is appealable under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act.
Under the circumstance, this revision is dismissed as not maintainable granting liberty to the revisionist to approach the proper forum for redressal of his grievance.
