The applicant is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobeying the order dated 21.11.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.37597 of 2019 (Manju Yadav v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, Shri Prateek Chandra, learned counsel for the opposite party informs to the Court that final decision has been taken on the claim set up by the applicant. Copy of the decision so taken by the opposite party has been supplied to counsel for the applicant.
In view of the above, nothing further survives in the contempt application and the same stands disposed of . Notices, if any, stand discharged.
