In response of the order dated 17.12.2019 Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the instruction dated 11.2.2020 sent by the opposite party, wherein it has been indicated that in pursuance of the order of the writ Court the claim of the applicant has been rejected on 02.5.2019. The instruction is taken on record.
Consequently, the contempt application is disposed of.
It is, however, clarified that this order shall not preclude the applicant to assail the validity of the said order before the appropriate forum.
