This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 14.02.2020 passed in PIL No. 242 of 2020 whereby Division Bench of this Court disposed off the writ petition directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the petitioner's representation pending before him strictly in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for respondents submits that respondent no. 2 has already decided the representation vide order dated 01.10.2020.
In view of such facts, nothing survives for continuing this contempt petition as order has already been complied with. Thus, contempt proceedings are dropped and rule nisi is discharged.
