This is a bail application on behalf of the applicant Pawan Yadav in connection with Case Crime No.409 of 2019, under Sections 323, 386, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali, District Jhansi.
The first information report of this incident was lodged by the complainant against the applicant and two unknown persons. It was mentioned in the first information report that the accused/applicant along with his two other associates intercepted and slapped the complainant and demanded Rs.5 lacs from the complainant.
The submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with the ulterior motive. He submitted that all the offences are triable by the court of Magistrate. He submitted that the applicant is languishing in jail since 05.08.2019 and in case, he is released on bail he will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate in the trial.
