Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material brought on record.
It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the applicant could not appear before the court on the dates fixed.
Learned A.G.A. has vehemently opposed the prayer and submitted that applicant has been absconding since Eight years and he does not deserve bail.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA, and after perusing the averments made in the present bail application this Court is of the opinion, that learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any good ground for grant of bail to the applicant.
Accordingly, application for grant of anticipatory bail application of the applicant- Neelu @ Ravi @ Beeru, who is involved in Case Crime No.2969 of 2009, S.T. No. 870A/2010, under section- 323, 324, 307 IPC, Police Station- Indirapuram, District- Ghaziabad, is hereby rejected.
