This bail application has been preferred by the accusedapplicant, Vijay Verma @ Natu , who is involved in case crime no. 443 of 2018, under Sections 302 and 34 IPC, Police StationKankarkheda, District- Meerut.
Co-accused, Abhash Tyagi @ Monu Tyagi, has already been granted bail vide order dated 26.02.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 54382 of 2019. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity. The applicant is languishing in jail since 03.05.2018. In case, the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail.
