At the very outset it is pointed out by the learned counsel for the first informant and the learned A.G.A that in paragraph 15 there is reference of only one case against the applicant as his criminal history. It is stated that there is material concealment so far as it relates to the criminal history of the applicant. It is further pointed out by them that the applicant has criminal history of 08 cases including this case and the same have not been disclosed.
The present bail application is dismissed on the ground of material concealment of relevant criminal antecedents of the applicant which is one of the relevant consideration for deciding a bail application.
