had paid money to Faiyaz Ahmad to get sale deed executed in his favour from Matru. He has further submitted that the vendor freshly got his adhaar card prepared in the name of Matru son of Chamla, resident of Village- Makanpur, Khadar, District- Gautam Budh Nagar and got his account opened in Andhara Bank. However for execution of sale deed he got another adhaar card prepared in the name of Matru @ Prem Chand son of Chamla, resident of Makauda, District- Gautam Budh Nagar. In the earlier adhaar card his date of birth was mentioned as 01.01.1964 and in the subsequent adhaar card his date of birth is 01.01.1941. After the bail granted to the applicant was cancelled by the Apex Court on 03.12.2018 the order was served on the jail authorities through the Magistrate but the applicant secured his release from the jail in the first week of March, 2019 and threatened the informant to with draw this case. NCR in this regard was lodged against him on 02.04.2019 by the informant. Another application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C was filed by the informant before the Magistrate after the applicant tried to commit his murder on 28.05.2019. After he was illegally released on bail learned Magistrate issued non-bailable warrant against him but the police failed to arrest him. The informant filed a Contempt Petition © No. 796 of 2019 before the Apex Court and therefore the applicant was arrested by the local police on 18.09.2019, after non-bailable warrant was issued against the Jail Superintendent.
