According to the gang chart the applicant is said to be involved in two cases. Apart from two cases shown in the gang chart, the applicant has criminal history of one more case wherein he is on interim bail. There are three cases against the applicant in the gang chart. There are two cases against the applicant in gang chart being Case Crime No. 473 of 2020, under Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act read with Section 429 and 120-B IPC, Police Station- Civil Lines, District- Moradabad and another case being Case Crime No. 474 of 2020, under Sections 188, 269 and 270 IPC, Police Station- Civil Lines, Moradabad. The third case against the applicant is not shown in the gang chart being Case Crime No. 763 of 2020, under Sections- 147, 149, 332, 188, 269 and 270 IPC read with Section 3 of the Epidemic Act and Section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station- Civil Lines, District- Moradabad. The bail order of Case Crime No. 473 of 2020 has been annexed as Annexure 5 on page 32. The bail order regarding the second case shown in the gang chart in Case Crime no. 474 of 2020 has not been annexed but the applicant has been granted bail by this court today vide Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 33947 of 2020. Therefore he has been granted bail by this court in the two cases shown in the gang chart. The applicant alleges false implication in the present case due to police rivalry. He is languishing in jail since 18.05.2020.
