The co-accused, Shafatulla @ Saifulla, has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 24.09.2020 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.26982 of 2020. The prayer for release of the applicant on bail on the ground of parity has been made. The applicant is languishing in jail since 1.1.2020.
Considering the fact that the identically placed coaccused has already been released on bail by this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Court is of the view that it is a fit case for bail. The bail application is allowed.
Let the applicant, Mehtab Alam @ Shah Alam, involved in case crime No. 1049 of 2019, under sections 420, 406, 506 I.P.C, Police Station Sector 20 Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions that :-
Court his bail shall be effective after the period of short term bail comes to an end.
7.The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
In case of breach of any of the above conditions, it shall be a ground for cancellation of bail.
