1. Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned A.G.A. for State and perused the record.

1. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No.102 of 2020, under Sections 307, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Sakrauli, District-Etah.

As per FIR version, while the informant Awadhesh Kumar went for natural call at about 7 A.M., accused-applicant Pintu came there and threatened him for entering into compromise with respect to a criminal case which has been lodged by one Dhirendra Singh (informant's brother). In said criminal case present informant had sustained bullet injury on his hand. While the informant refused to do so, accused-applicant Pintu fired upon him with a country made pistol, but the informant narrowly escaped.

1. Learned counsel for applicant submitted that present FIR has been lodged to falsely implicate the applicant so that he may be detained in jail for a long period. Dhirendra Singh (informant's brother) had earlier filed one FIR under same sections in which applicant has been enlarged on bail. Now he has been falsely implicated in the instant false and fabricated case filed under the same sections by the informant, who is brother of Dhirendra Singh. It is further submitted that no injury has been shown to be caused to the informant, who had filed a false and fabricated FIR.
