Supplementary affidavit filed explaining criminal history of 13 cases of the applicant is taken on record.

This bail application has been preferred by the accusedapplicant, Shahid , who is involved in Case Crime No. 111 of 2019, under Sections- 395, 120-B and 412 I.P.C., Police Station- Jarcha, District- Gautam Budh Nagar.

Co-accused, Kuldeep @ Bittu @ Vintu, has already been granted bail vide order dated 27.2.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 7775 of 2020. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity. The applicant is languishing in jail since 01.06.2019. In case, the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail.

Let applicant be released on bail in the aforesaid case crime number on his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions-
