It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is absolutely innocent has falsely been implicated in the present case with some ulterior motive. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that on 18.5.2020 father of the victim lodged a missing report about her daughter (victim) at police station Asmoli, district Sambhal. Thereafter, as per the prosecution version, on 19.5.2020 victim was recovered and she was taken to her house by her father. Thereafter, information given by the father of the victim to the police station concerned that her daughter, who is aged about 24 years, without giving any information to him left her house, but she has come back, therefore, he has no grievance against anyone. The aforesaid information given by the father of the victim has been registered in G.D. No. 060 filed at page 15-A of the bail application. It is also submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the victim was medically examined on 29.5.2020 and according to the medical examination report, no mark of injury was found on her body as well as on her private part. The statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. of the victim was also recorded on 2.6.2020, and from perusal of the same, it reflects that she was a consenting party with the applicant and applicant was also ready to solemnize his marriage with the victim, but his uncle, Jabar Singh and cousin
