The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sonam, with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 0810 of 2019, under Section 326 IPC, Police Station Sikandrabad, District- Bulandshahar, during pendency of trial.
Allegation against the applicant is that she has poured boiled water over three years' old daughter of the informant. The injured has received 28% burn injuries over her body. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant is the wife of younger brother of the informant. She has strained relationship with her husband. She has registered number of cases against her husband and other family members of her matrimonial home. She is not involved in this case. The child received injuries from somewhere else. The applicant alleges false implication. She had given birth to a child in September, 2019. She is in jail since 11.12.2019.
