- Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record.
- The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant- Soni with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No-377 of 2019, under Sections-302, 201 I.P.C., Police Station-Kalyanpur, District-Kanpur Nagar , during pendency of trial.
- From perusal of the bail application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, it appears, at present:
(i) the applicant is a lady and accused of offences under Sections-302, 201 I.P.C.;
(ii) against FIR lodged on 02.05.2019, the applicant is in confinement since 25.07.2019;
(iii) the applicant claims to have cooperated in the investigation. In any case, she is not shown to have unduly evaded arrest;
