At the outset, Sri Akash Tomar, learned Advocate states that he has filed his Parcha/memo of appearance in the Registry day before yesterday but the same is not on record.
Office is directed to trace out the same and place it on record.
It is then contended that the applicants herein seek to file a proper bail application before the Court below and for this reason they want to withdraw the present bail application.
In view of the above statement, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the applicants to approach the Court concerned.
