The submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case with ulterior motive. He has no criminal antecedents. It is further submitted that victim is major and she likes the applicant, therefore, she herself left the house of her parents on 18.03.2019 with her sister and went with applicant on her own free will, in the meantime she went to Lucknow and Delhi and stayed with applicant about 20 days, therefore, she is consenting party, but when she was recovered she given statement against the applicant in the pressure of her parents, the said fact has been mentioned in para 13 to the affidavit filed in support of bail application. Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed forth before the Court. The circumstances which, according to the counsel, led to the false implication of the accused has also been touched upon at length. It has been assured on behalf of the applicant that he is ready to cooperate with the process of law and shall faithfully make himself available before the court whenever required. The applicant is languishing in jail since 10.04.2019. He undertakes that he will not misuse the liberty, if granted, therefore, he may be released on bail.
