Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per FIR deceased aged about 22 years was married on 29th April, 2017 with the Manish son of the applicant and it is alleged that on 11th May, 2019 in the morning deceased was burnt by pouring kerosine oil, on which she was taken to Saifai Hospital by the applicant and her husband from where she was taken to Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi. On information, informant along with his family members reached at Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi and during treatment she died on 14th May, 2019. As per Page No. 33 of the application, she was burnt 95%. As per dying declaration of the deceased, husband of the applicant poured kerosine oil and applicant set on fire by stick of match box. He submits that as per Page No. 84, applicant also received injuries in trying to save life of the deceased up to Saifai Hospital. He further submits that before the trial court, informant his wife and brother of the deceased have not supported the prosecution case. There is no possibility of the applicant of fleeing away from the judicial process or tampering with the witnesses and, in case, the applicant is enlarged on bail, the applicant shall not misuse the liberty of bail. It is next contended that there is no criminal history of the applicant and he is languishing in jail since 02.07.2019.
