Heard learned counsel for the applicant, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 262 of 2019, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Charwa, District Kaushabmi.
Learned AGA from the instructions received pointed out that a charge sheet has been submitted against all the named accused including the applicant here. The instructions are taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purposes of identification. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings as available in law to challenge the charge sheet.
In view of the aforesaid, this petition shall stand disposed of leaving it open to the applicant to institute such other proceedings as may be permissible in law.
