Heard Sri S.K. Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Gaurav Pratap Singh, learned Brief Holder for the State and perused the record.

It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that coaccused Dharampal has already been granted anticipatory bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.6.2020 passed in Crl. Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2973 of 2020 copy of which is annexed at page-54 of the present bail application. He submits that there are cross reports of the incident in which both sides have received injuries and so far as the injuries received by the injured from the side of prosecution are concerned, the same are simple in nature. He submits that earlier on 6.7.2020 interim bail was granted to the applicants by Coordinate Bench of this Court, hence anticipatory bail may be granted to the applicant.

Learned Brief Holder for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there are nine injured person, who received injuries on their person and the participation of the applicants in the incident in question cannot be ruled out as they have been assigned the role of causing injuries to the injured by hard and blunt object.
