The applicant has sought for the following relief:
"to direct the court below to decide the Case No. 4786 of 2018 (State of U.P. Vs Ankur @ Avanish @ Anshul and others) in case crime no. 0818 of 2018, under section- 147, 148, 323, 325, 452, 504, 506 of I.P.C. Police Station- Auraiya, District -Auraiya, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Auraiya within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
