This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to decide the case no. 2384 of 2008, arising out of case crime no.210 of 2008, under Section 188 IPC and Section 18/20 (B) Press and Registration of Books Act, P.S. Kotwali, District - Varanasi, pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Court No. 2, Varanasi expeditiously.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned Court below is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted.
