This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to decide the case no. 3473 of 2016, arising out of case crime no.1493 of 2016, under Sections 3,4,5,6,7,8 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, P.S. Kotwali, District - Ghazipur, expeditiously.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned Court below is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously fixing short dates, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
