Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the A.C.J.M. Chhibramau to decide the case no. 2099 of 2018 in re State Vs. Atul Kumar Dubey arising out of case crime no. 847 of 2018 under Sections 354, 504 I.P.C. Police Station Kotwali Chhibramau District Kannauj expeditiously in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
