Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate II, Jaunpur, to conclude the trial in criminal case no. 4243 o f 2010 under Sections 323, 504 I.P.C., State Vs. Sahab Lal and others, arising our of N.C.R. No. 1/09 Police Station Buxa District Jaunpur, pending before the Judicial Magistrate II, Jaunpur in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferable within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
