At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that on account of some defect in the application, he does not want to press this application and he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application with better particulars.
In view of statement made by Sri Subhash Gosain, learned counsel for the applicants, at the Bar, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty.
Certified copy, if any, be returned to the counsel for the applicants after retaining the xerox copy of the same on record.
