Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
In fact this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been moved by the applicant for compliance of order dated 27.07.2015 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No.21179 of 2015. Operative portion of the order is quoted below:-
"It is directed that the Director Vidhi Vigyan Prayogshala, Lucknow shall ensure that the said D.N.A. report is submitted before the court below within one month from today as the case pertains to the year, 2012. "
Compliance affidavit regarding report of DNA filed by Sri Om Prakash Pal, Sub Inspector Police Station Kachwa, District Mirzapur is taken on record which reveals that DNA report has been submitted to the concerned Court below.
Since DNA report has been submitted to the concerned Court below, present application has no meaning.
State shall ensure that DNA report be placed before the concerned Court below within one month.
Application is disposed of accordingly.
