Heard Sri Mithlesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 07.12.2011, filed in Case No. 1405 of 2012, arising out of Case Crime No. 537 of 2010, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Fatehpur, pending in the court of Chief Judicial magistrate, Fatehpur.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he may be granted some protection at the state of bail.

In view of above, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of with observation that that if within 30 days from today, the applicant surrenders before the court below and gives bail application, his bail application shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably on the same day.

However, it is made clear that for the above period of 30 days, no coercive measure shall be taken against the applicant. It is also made clear the the above 30 days period shall not be extended on any ground, whatsoever.
