Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by applicant only for seeking direction to the Court concerned to decide the case of Sessions Trial No. 84 of 2002, State v. Ashok Nigam and Others, Case Crime No. 161 of 2002, under Sections 148, 149, 302, 504, 506 and 307 IPC, pending before ADJ (FTC-II), District Hamirpur.
Only prayer has been made by learned counsel for the applicant that trial may be directed to decide the case within the stipulated time period.
Per contra, learned AGA for State has no objection for direction to the Court concerned to expedite the trial.
Upon the consideration of all circumstances of the case and submissions made by learned Counsel for the parties, present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of finally with a direction to the Trial Court to decide aforesaid trial expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months in accordance with law after the appearance of accused-Sattidin.
