Sri Krishna Deep Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Santosh Tripathi, learned counsel for applicants submits that since the parties have entered into compromise and moved mutual divorce and opposite party no.2 withdrawn her cases so the applicants have moved application for withdrawal of present application U/s 482 Cr.P.C.
He further submits that in view of withdrawal application, the instant application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of above submission, the withdrawal application is allowed and consequently the instant application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
