The only prayer sought by the applicant is to give a direction to the court concerned to decide the case no. 1490 of 2019, arising out of case crime no. 166 of 2017, under Section 323, 504, 506, 325 IPC, P.S. Orai, District Bhadohi pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Bhadohi at Gyanpur.
Since the matter to 2019 and keeping in view the pandemic of COVID-19, it is not possible to give specific direction to the court below. However it is expected that the court below would decide the matter as expeditiously as possible without granting recessionary adjournments to either of the parties.
With the aforesaid observation, the present application is disposed of.
