Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the records.
The only prayer, with which the applicants have invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court, is for issuing a direction to the court below i.e. Judicial Magistrate, Bansi, District Siddharth Nagar, to decide Criminal Case No. 447 of 2017 (Abdul Hamid Vs. Ram Kuber and others), under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Pathra Bazar, District Siddhartha Nagar, expeditiously within a time bound period.
Expeditious disposal of his case is the right of every litigant and it is expected from every court to endeavour to dispose of a case pending before it, as expeditiously as possible, without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. Therefore, the trial court is directed to make all possible efforts to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is finally disposed of.
