The present application has been filed with a prayer to expedite Criminal Case No.262 of 2019 arising out of Case Crime No.115 of 2019 under Section 3/5 of Arms Act, 1959 P.S Kotwali Gursahaiganj District Kannauj.
From the perusal of the order sheet, it is more than evident that dates have been fixed to ensure the appearance of the accused. Last date fixed was 12.3.2020. Thereafter, nationwise lock down has been declared w.e.f 24.3.2020. The situation has not yet returned to normal and only urgent matters are being taken up in the courts through out the State.
No direction as such can be given. The application under Section 482 is, accordingly, dismissed.
