It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that opposite party no.2 filed a complaint against the petitioner under Section 138 N.I. Act, which has been registered as Complaint Case No. 1655 of 2009 (G.R. Finance vs. Neeraj Kishor). During pendency of aforesaid complaint, the petitioner moved an application dated 15.01.2014 for producing the Branch Manager of the concerned Bank for verifying the signature of the applicant on the cheque in question, allegedly deposited by the petitioner in order to withdraw the amount, in defence. The aforesaid application was rejected by the learned Magistrate on 02.05.2014 by speaking order. Thereafter, the petitioner filed revision against the order dated 02.05.2014 passed by the learned Magistrate but the same was also rejected by the revisional court vide order dated 09.08.2016. Aggrieved by the aforesaid order dated 09.08.2016, the petitioner had approached before this Court by means of Writ Petition no. 7012 of 2016 (Neeraj Kishor vs. State of U.P. and other) in which the Court vide order dated 16.09.2016 disposed of the matter with a direction to the concerned court below to decide the application of the applicant dated 15.01.2014, in case, it was not decided. In compliance of the order dated 16.09.2016, the applicant filed an application which has been rejected and again he filed revision, which has also been rejected vide order dated 11.12.2019 by the concerned court below on the ground that in compliance of the order dated 16.09.2016, the said application had already been decided by the court concerned in the year 2014 and another application and revision are being filed for
