"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to direct the Civil Judge (J.D.) Baberu Banda to decide the Original Suit No. 145 of 2015 (Awdhesh Kumar Vs. Santosh Kumar and others) within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court.
Looking to the nature of the case, this Court is not proposed to issue notice to the respondent.
Without entering into the controversy involved in the petition, this petition is disposed of with direction to Civil Judge (J.D.) Baberu Banda to decide the Original Suit No. 145 of 2015 ( Awdhesh Kumar Vs.
